Hi. I have got several authors in the blog. However, in the public part, is not visible who is the author of the article. How I can make it?

Yes

Can the two themes be active?

No at a time only one theme cab be activated but as this is child theme of Activello theme so it inherits the user interface and functionality of Activello theme.
