How can one add js to the <a> like<a href="" onclick="Calendly.initPopupWidget({url: 'Calendly - Sam'});return false;">Click here Speak directly to one of our consultants</a>.

I need to add onclick=“Calendly.initPopupWidget({url: ‘Calendly - Sam’});return false;” to some anchors under ‘Services Section’ and to a button in ‘Jumborton Section’

How can I do that?
