The site is currently under construction with a coming soon page activated.

  1. is the current existing header.
  2. is the new header that i would like to add above the main header that contains a telephone number and a email address.
    I don’t know if the word Header is the right word to use?
    I think the picture explains it.

Here you can find all our free themes: Best Responsive WordPress Themes 2024 - Colorlib
However none of them supports adding a widget to the header, such things in many themes can be done by third-party plugins.
