How do I install my template

I just purchased Calvino theme. I understand that you can not install it straight onto a WordPress site as in uploading a theme, but there are no instructions or walk-throughs on how to install this template.

Where are the instructions for installation?

It’s an HTML template, you just need to upload it on your server, that’s it…
Please note, you need to have basic knowledge of HTML templates editing, its necessary to work with HTML templates
