How to add a Blog to homepage

sry for the crazy beginner questions I’m gonna ask. It’s my first homepage I build myself.

I would like to add a Blog to my homepage and edit it. how to realise that?

To add a blog, from your WordPress Dashboard, select Post > Add Post.
