How to add comments on Static Page?

Hi,

I installed Sparkling theme and it is perfect, but i didn’t know how to add comments on static Page.

I have just enabled comments on Wordpress Setup, I have installed Disqus but neither!

Please make sure that you have enabled the comments on the pages as described on below pages.

When testing please try disabling Disqus plugin.

If still the comments doesn’t work on your page then please share me that page URL to test.
