How to add Favicon + lost image and text on home page

Hello!

I am trying to change the background image on my front home page as well as the quote but I cannot find the image or the text anywhere. When I go to my home page in dashboard, there is a spacer but nothing else.

Also, how can I add a Favicon? I would just like to add a “B”.

Hello there,

I hope you are doing well today.

Please go to Appearance > Widgets > Frontpage and the parallax widget used in the front page section is the widget that allows you change that image and header text.
