How to get Specific characters from single post, copy in textarea??

Dear all

i want to do get Specific characters from single post,copy to textarea, after then i want put the button in website do something function.(use the textarea ID)

The (do something function) JS code i already do to.
But i dun‘t know how to get Specific characters from single post,copy to textarea
I think it is need amend “single.php”, please help to me, give the some suggestion.

This site is share the ACG music tab, you can see the single post , i need get the these number in the single post middle area,do the music modulation.
