I have install the shapely theme and I want to install the home page as demo appear, so please let me know how to setup it.
There is no xml file to upload the demo as well.

I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
To configure the theme first of all set static front page in your site Reading Settings and set page template of that page to “Home Page” in the page edit screen.
Then in the Widgets screen add the theme widgets in the Home Page sidebar and configure it.
Testimonials and portfolio are powered by Jetpack plugin. The setup is similar to Illdy theme and you can see video from its documentation: How to use Illdy testimonials section on font page (Jetpack) - YouTube
