I would like to add a button in the bottom on every post that lets the user tweet, add to facebook and maybe something else. Im not doing the blog in code, just via the dashboard.

There are many different options for that but we are using Jetpack for most of our website and I can recommend for you as well. Here you can read more about this plugin. It has many other awesome featurs that just social sharing module.
Alternatively there are thousands of different social sharing plugins available on WordPress.org that are free to use and willl work with our themes.
