How to install free colorlib login form in Wordpress theme?

I really like this login form:

But how to install it?
I have installed Colorlib Login Customizer, but can I replace my login page with above login form using the plugin?

i have same question, i downloaded, install it, but can not see where to add users.
The text if i open with editor is horizontal. Why not a ReadMe file included??

How have you installed it? Do we talk about the same login form?

i have login form 8 and 11, its on my hard diski and i can acces the index.html
But i can not see where to put in customers.
The whole Root section also gives no login folder.

Guys, this is an HTML form, its impossible to install it in WordPress without a customization
