how to make sidebar adobe posts on mobile?
right now the sidebar on mobile is bellow posts

As per the page layout, this is the expected behavior since the page is responsive to allow for ease of navigation and reading.
Unfortunately, I’m not sure I understand what you mean by adobe posts. Would you like to show the default desktop sidebar on mobile?
I’m afraid that is currently not possible without customization.
