How can I move the menu to the very top of the page? Basically I’d like the Menu at the top, then under it the Header Image, then the Feature Images that rotate, then the content. Is this possible?

This requires heavy modifications for this theme therefore it is out of scope of free support.
All code that you need to change can be find on header-extensions.php file but while this might sound like an easy modification it is not. You will have to find a way to modify layout and still find a way to keep this theme responsive along the way.
