How to move the email marketing widget just above footer

Hello, I have added the email marketing widget in the footer.

but I would like to move it just above footer and to display in all other pages just like the footer does.

I have been trying to edit in appearance, widget, and drag them to the content area but it doesn’t show up.

I don’t know why those content widget area don’t show on the shop page.

Please try adding it to the content widget area #5 however please note that the content widgets were created to be displayed on the homepage and not the shop page.
