How to position embedded video in shapely theme

Hi
In the Customization menu, when I look at the ‘mobile’ view my embedded video sits too far down the screen.

Is there a way of making sure the position of the embedded video sits near the top of the screen when viewed portrait/vertical style? I’ve attached a screen shot.

If you look at the ‘work’ - ‘kids’ page and resize it as if for mobile viewing the video sits too far down. I want to be able to position the video higher up.
