I love Activello for it’s minimalistic, modern and clean look. However, I recently added social share buttons from SocialWarfare and we’re having issues with the colors. The logos inside the buttons are all the accent color and so is the animation when you hover over these buttons.
I also tried a author box and guess what color my name was? Yup, it’s a link as well and somehow the theme wants to make all links the accent color. Is there any way to deactivate that for the social share buttons for starters?

Yes we can deactivate the colors for those social share buttons by developing custom CSS code but i visited your shared site and didn’t see social share buttons anywhere.
The social share buttons are only on the single post pages. Not on the homepage.
It doesn’t matter really because I’ve switched themes since then.
