How to reomve "WooCommerce Title" from the sidebar widget?

I am using the MODI as the main template (for home page only) and Illdy for all other pages. Achieved using the “Multiple Themes” plugin.
But my issue is that on the right side there are two widgets, 1. “WooCommerce Title”, 2. “Product Categories” in “Illdy” template pages. How can change the 1st widget name and remove the second widget “Product Categories”. The same is show in the attached image.
Please help, thanks in advance. Wordpress version 4.7.1

Also please help me to remove/change the footer menu in the attached image.
