How to show excerpts only in tag cloud results.

I have found that in that cloud link the results showed are full post content, like this:

The ideal layout is show only excerpts (I create manual excerpts for each post), but I don’t find the way to show only excerpts, and the social share plugins doesn’t work in this result page.

I appreciate your help for this purppouse.
