I just upgraded the Sparkling theme and I now have a social widget. I placed it and it views, but what exactly is it supposed to do?
If I hover over it it says shift+click to edit but shift+click doesn’t work, there’s no other instructions, so at present it simply sits there doing nothing at all.
Does anyone have any suggestions as to what to do with it?

That widget displays the social icons menu you have created.
To create social icons follow the below steps :
- Create a menu like any other menu in the admin area of your site under Appearance -> Menus .
- Use the correct urls in the menu items, so for twitter it must be twitter.com for facebook it must be facebook.com. Otherwise URLs won’t get recognized and you will get squares without icons.
- Set theme location for this menu as “Social Menu”
