How can i have title + description (as logo) instead of a/the logo?
Unfortunately, it is not possible because theme has so limited space in header/menu that sites names with more than 2 words in it will break the entire thing. Since this theme is used by thousands of websites I have to provide with solution that can be used by anyone without chance of breaking menu/header.
If you have some experience with HTML/CSS it wouldn’t be too difficult to replace logo with a text.
