HTML Code (using WP coder) or basic HTML does not work on Mobile (iOS or Android

I’m running a simple HTML code for Paypal donations on my site leveraging WPcoder to insert the code. I also tried this with HTML block and in both cases, it does not work with mobile devices. I’m unable to tap(click) on the radio buttons, or input amounts, or enter text.

It works just fine on the computer in Safari but does not work on Mobile Devices. Tested on both iPhone and Samsung.

Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
