Huge Bug!!! Disappearing customization menus

Hello guys,

I’ve got a huge problem with my customization menu of Illdy Theme… he disappear and all i got is one widget menu and a blank page and i can’t do anything!!!

Please help me.

Could you please ensure the theme and WordPress have both been updated via WordPress Admin Panel > Dashboard >Updates?

After updating please use the following plugin to clear your WordPress cache then view the customizer once more.

Please try disable all plugins except illdy companion and try to check? If that didn’t work, turn on WP_DEBUG ( in wp-config.php use this tutorial: WP DEBUG « WordPress Codex ) and it will show the exact error.

Already have done what you told me to do…

  • Change at wp-config-php the value wp_debug from false to true
  • increase php memory to 256
  • instal the plugin for maximun execution time execeed

and…

I’m going to ask that you attempt to uninstall and reinstall the theme. It’s quite possible that some theme files may not have been installed correctly. I’m also going to ask that you attempt to use the customizer with another theme just to see if its related to Illdy or if it’s an environment related issue.

That link does look valid. Are you still having this problem with another theme enabled? If that’s the case then the issue isn’t with the theme, and you’d have to explore the possibility of your WordPress installation being faulty.
