Hyperlinks on the front page

How can I include a hyperlink in the different sections on the front page? I want to link the About section on the front page to one of my other pages but I can’t see how to create a hyperlink in my text?

Also, how do I include an image? I’ve downloaded Jetpack but instead of asking to upload an image, it’s asking for a URL. How do I sit my image on a URL so I can create a link?

Hello,

You should add a text widget to your section and drop some HTML syntax to create your URL.

To get an image on the server and fetch the URL of it you should upload it in Dashboard > Media and then click on the picture to get the link.
