I cannot get my Blog Page to Show Listing as a Summary & Yes I went into Setting

I am very much a noob.
On all other themes I have used, you simply go to Settings and change it to for every article in a feed show as a summary for me it does not do that.
I cannot figure out another way to make it happen.
A thousand pardons if seem stupid or “illiterate.”

I use the unite theme.

Hi @nicodinosaur,

I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.

For Unite theme you have to also do the same, just go to the theme settings and set “Home Page Settings” to “Display excerpt for each post” as shown in the attached screenshot.
