There are no follow us buttons appear on the theme customization. Please guide me where can I find them?

By follow us button do you mean the social media icons in the top menu?
If so simply go appearance > menu.
Create a menu for example social menu.
Add custom links with the URL to your social media websites.
Then go to menu location, and add the menu you created to social menu and save.
If this is not the case please take a screenshot of what you’re referring to.
