I have an active subscription and the site systematically redirects me to pay when I try to download a template.

I am logged in but it does’t make any difference.

Hi Salh,

Thanks for reporting this. There was a sync issue with your All Access pass — your subscription renewal wasn’t properly reflected in the download system, even though your membership was active.

I’ve fixed this on our end. You should now be able to download any template without being redirected to the payment page. Simply log in and click the download button as usual.

If you still experience any issues, please let me know and I’ll look into it further.
