I want to create anchor tag menu for my pages, in travelify theme. I am new to this so please explain me,about script, that which part of script put in css, header, function and other php files. I want smooth scroll, but when i am trying to put smooth scroll script in theme, my back to top button fix in its position. Please Help me.

There is no easy solution for this and this is way out of scope of free support. You might want to hire web developer from oDesk or freelancer.com to do this job.
