Hi there,
I’ve been using your incredible template for a while now and am honestly really happy with all the functionalities. Unfortunately, the icons I used in my “service” section on the main page of www.zukunftsforscher.de don’t appear anymore - might have happened after I installed a couple of plugins for wordpress yesterday… is there an easy way to recover the icons [e.g. upload them to a predefined directory on my webspace]?
Thanks in advance,
best
Kai
Hi there
Hope you are having a good day and thank you for your question
Please deactivate all third party plugins and try again your problem, most probably this I conflict with third-party plugins.
Once you deactivate all plugins please check your problem again, if the problem is gone then this means it was a plugin conflict. Now, start activating plugins one by one and same time repeat your problem until your problem appears again, now you know which plugin was in conflict
Thanks!

Hi and thanks for your reply; unfortunately, this didn’t fix the problem. I deactivated all plugins but there’s still only a white box appearing instead of icons… any other idea?
Thanks and best,
Kai
Hello Kai
You have a Access-Control-Allow-Origin (CORS origin) problem, Here is your fix in this link:
Amazing! It was so easy… thank you so much, Noda!
For anyone else experiencing this issue: just go to your Wordpress admin console -> Settings -> adjust the website address from http to https (in case you’re using SSL on your server).
Thanks!
That’s it
