Identified bug in breadcrumb function

Hello

I encountered a bug on my site. You have exactly the same in the demo of your site

1 - Click here : https://colorlib.com/pixova-lite/2017/09/15/aliquam-mauris-justo-sagittis-vitae-lacus-non/
2 - Fly over the word HOME in the breadcrumb (you notice that the url is https://colorlib.com/pixova-lite/8 … on my site it’s 54 … )
3 - If you click on it … OOOPS error 404

I let you see. I went to the code but I’m not skilled enough to find where it’s coming from.
