Illidy Customizer is not loading for me

I just did a fresh WP reinstall so I have no conflicting pluging/scripts.

The Illdy customizer is not loading for me.

Please see the screenshot below:

Hope you are having a good day and thank you for your question

  1. Please deactivate all third party plugins and try again your problem, most probably this I conflict with third-party plugins.
    Once you deactivate all plugins please check your problem again, if the problem is gone then this means it was a plugin conflict. Now, start activating plugins one by one and same time repeat your problem until your problem appears again, now you know which plugin was in conflict
  2. if you are sure this is not plugin conflict then get in touch with your host because most probably you have file permission problems, the theme is working out of the box if you don’t have any environment-related issues
