incorporate light box or carousel in frontpage set up in shapely

I would like to use a lightbox type image gallery with arrows to move the images left or right. The images should be clickable to reach a larger version of each one. Reading up on this issue I found the recommendation for Elementor and downloaded it. However, it seems like I can only use it on new pages. I’m struggling to make it work for my one page design I’m building with the demo content.

Can you help?

3julies this is not possible by default, there is no such option in the theme and you need to search for third-party plugins or do some coding in the theme to customize it
