increase height in slider

Hi! I have searched this forum and I tried all of the advices like installing plugin Regenerate Thumbnails and I tried to use the plugin from here https://colorlibsupport.com/t/increase-slider-height/ - but nothing seems to work.

My clients images from former website had a slider with the dimensions of 1920x1080 so this is why I am trying to increase the height.

Is there something else I could try to do in order to increase the height?
