Injecting angular framework into theme

Hello forum,

I recently purchased the Charity Works theme> Now I want to add the angular framework to be able to add more features into my site. The question is about SCSS files and their structure. After installing angular, most things work fine except for the SCSS files that I do not know how to re-arrange /structure in the folders so as to be recognised by Angular. Has anyone had a similar experience and found a solution ?
