Downloaded Sparkling and logged into colorlib/shopify ok however would not sync with my current website? Now when I try to go back into it I get a message which tells me that I do not have sufficient permission to access. I cannot get back into my wordpress.org site as does not recognise my email address. Im stuck can’t go forward and can’t go back, someone please help.

The Sparkling theme doesn’t do anything with WordPress database.
Have you also imported the Sparkling theme demo content?
You can create admin user account in database as described on the below pages.
You can also change the theme from WordPress database as described in the following pages.
