Yes I purchased a template a few days ago. I got no download link since then. I wrote to your support and even you many times. Zero replies. Your live chat is not working… your support form never responds. I don’t need the template anymore. I was about to open a ticket at my bank account that I was scammed. Please cancel my order and let me know. I bought another template already. It is no longer needed.
