Issue to view installed plugins - plugin page returns blank after theme update

After i installed new version of Sparkling Theme V.1.9.1 i cant access to View installed plugins page. all other options work fine, even plugin editor or add plugin.
i just get a blank page, alredy contacted worpdress and they say it must be an issue with the theme… so im checking in here.

any help will be appreciated, thanks!

I’ve discover that the issue is caused by Jetpack, tried delete and reinstall and i still get the blank page error… any ideas?

I hope you are well today and thanks for posting here.

I have tested it on my test site using latest version of Sparkling Theme V.1.9.1 and Jetpack plugin. I also activated all modules of Jetpack plugin but couldn’t reproduce the issue that you are facing.

Could you please try using Jetpack plugin with default WordPress theme like Twenty Fifteen to know whether it’s theme specific issue or not?

Also can you please try temporary enabling WP_DEBUG mode? To do this, just go to wp-config.php include this:


define('WP_DEBUG',true);

You might already have a line for WP_DEBUG, so just make sure it’s set to true.

Let me know what errors if any you are getting when you get the blank page.
