Issue with header in category view

in category view, the name of the category in the header is not show correctly.

name appears as: Kategorie: Reisen

yes, I see but this should not happen by default, are you using any modification in the theme? can you refresh it by reinstalling the existing version?

this issue appeared after the installation of WordPress 6.0.1.
the website is already running since years … never had this issue…
