Jquery errors after WP 5.5 update

WP version : 5.5.3
Theme : Travelify v3.0.8

Enable JQuery Migrate Helper plugin identifies the following jquery issues with the theme:-

/wp-content/themes/travelify/library/js/slider-settings.min.js: jQuery.fn.load() is deprecated

/wp-content/themes/travelify/library/js/functions.min.js: jQuery.fn.attr(\'selected\') might use property instead of attribute

How can I resolve these? The Migrate Helper plugin will only help until Wordpress 5.6 so the issues need to be resolved.

Those problems will be resolved after the theme update, before this please keep Jquery migrate plugin activated
