It does not have the options as shown in the setup video to select a background image as shown in the video.

Please go to Appearance > Customize > Jumbotron and scroll down to the color option, there should be a background tab beside the color tab.

There is no Jumbotron menu, and in the settings section “Jumbotron” is locked.
What to do ? Third-party plugins are not worth it.

It would be best for you to have created a new post for this issue.
The lock indicates that the position of the jumbotron is locked meaning it cannot be moved like the other sections but there is a menu for it when you click on it.
