Jump from one section to another?

Hi, New here and just downloaded the shapely theme - this maybe a beginner question but how exactly do you jump from one section to another when you click on a button in one of the parallax sections?

I assume you must enter something in the link field when customizing the parallax section?

Just to be clear, I am talking about for example, when you press a button at the top of the page, let’s say “Contact us”, it scrolls down to the contact section… how exactly do you set that up?

I am looking at the customize theme section and see the buttons and their links, what do I input there? Or is there some other way to do it? Thank you!
