Hi, I have similar problem with Kali Form.
In back-end works fine, in frontend it appear only once. Afer refreshing (F5) the contact form disappears. I use a T&T: form.kaliforms-form-container { opacity: 1 !important; }.
It works but killing the CSS styles.
Strange is that in the second page I created wihtle ago with the same posterity template works fine.

I added the second kali form in the same home page, both appears fine! But I can’t send (9 squares ‘dancing’).

What’s going on?
