KD template shows up blank when enabled, what to do?

Hi,
I bough a license from colorlib for the KD template theme but the template shows up blank with my web host, bluehost.
they are asking if it requires their own specific server settings, as without them they don’t work.
if this template requires any specific PHP version or other server end settings we need to know so we can enable it.
Can anyone can assist with this query?

From what I see it’s not uploaded in the correct directory if it’s possible please share your FTP details and I will check it
