I am using Sparkling theme for my WordPress site. I’ve installed multilingual plugin and I want to locate it in header, but in menu/widget locations only 3 types of positions are available: “sidebar” “homepage” and “footer”, there is no position for header menu.
In demo of this template there are some menu items on header.

I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
There isn’t any header widget area but you can add the widget in the Header menu which is set as Primary Menu in the Menus screen using the following plugin.
