I have a child theme that customizes (slightly) the behavior of the parent Sparkling theme. I want to have all blog posts have a right sidebar but be full-width on all static pages. I chose full-width as the default and opted for right sidebar on the one blog post. The blog post still goes full width. If I rename the style sheet in the child theme folder to something unrecognizable, it works as it should. However, if I keep the style sheet, but delete all the changes and only import the original, it doesn’t show the sidebar on blog posts.
I would like to know how I should be doing this. I’d prefer not to select “right sidebar” on all blog posts. Thanks.
