Is there a way to directly link to the second or third testimonial from the footer bar. Because i dont know wheather these information are obvious for every visitor.

You need to go to Appearance > Menu then in the footer menu add a custom link with the url:
’ https://yoururl.com/#testimonials’
This would create an anchor link for the testimonials.
