How can i know the news in a new version of sparkling?
As i am using a child theme of it, i’ve had problems with updated versions…, so i would like to know (if it´s possible) what’s been modified before updating theme in my wordpress.

You can always find latest version of Sparkling theme on the following page.
Also whenever new version of Sparkling theme is released then you will get notification about it in the Updates section of your site in the admin area.
You will find all older versions of sparkling theme on the following page.
https://themes.svn.wordpress.org/sparkling/
You will find information about changes made in each theme version on the following page in the Changelog tab.
