Live homepage and other pages not reflecting content from Customizer

Hello there,

I would appreciate your urgent support on something as it’s causing extreme delays.

I created my website using the Shapely theme and imported the demo content.

I then used the Homepage’s Customize option to change the content, image, page background color, etc. of the parallax widgets. Unfortunately, when I pushed the website live, it wasn’t showing me the content and look & feel that I added on the Customize page. First, it showed me the Shapely demo content; and now when I played around with the homepage widget under Appearance<Customize<Widgets it is showing me the content from there, but none of edits I made in terms of structure and color scheme.

I’m facing a similar issue on other pages. The Preview page and color looks different from when I click on Customize. The Customized page reflects the correct content and page colors, but when I push the page live, it shows me content and colors from the Preview page.

Please advise how can make the content, colors and overall look in the Customizer appear on the live website pages.

I’ve tried everything - disabling plug-ins, deleting and creating a new homepage; but nothing is working.

I’m not able to launch my website because of this and have had to revert to maintenance mode.

Is anyone monitoring this forum? The last replies on a query seem to be months ago. Has anyone had any luck getting a response after that? If it’s going to take that long to reply, I may have to change my theme.

If anyone has any solutions, please let me know. I’ll really appreciate it.

I’ve also experienced this lack of service. The person in charge doesn’t seem to be very involved.

Personally, I solved my problems with the help of Claude.ai. He’s very good at programming.

I’m sorry to hear that, but good to know you found a resolution. Thanks for sharing it.

I was hoping I would find some threads where other users had faced the same problem, so that I could resolve it on my own. But unfortunately, nobody else has reported this. So I’ll have to wait to hear from the colorlib team or explore other options. Hope someone sees this soon.
