I have a problem with the change of position of the thumbnails entry. I want to miniature was in the same window as the title of the entry. Exactly left, not at the top of the title.

This theme does not support hsi kind of functionality. This might be a bit tricky to implement as well as default images are horizontal, so it might not look good when they are aligned on the left side of the title and content.
A simple hack here would be to use regular images inside your post content and align them on the top left corner. It would look like this:
Alternatively, you might want to look into other our themes such as Dazzling and Travelify that comes with this layout by default.
