Logo problems & Logo above menu

Hi all,

I have multiple problems with my logo.

1: I want that the logo is above my menu
2: The logo is outlined towards the right its need to be in the middle or center
3: The head white space of the logo needs to be gone
4: The logo is Blurry but the uploaded file is super sharp.

The logo is not appearing at all right now, also, please consider, I can cover one or two questions about customization but you listed 4 here, sorry but in this case you need to find someone for customization
