it’s an Html template, so, it will not have any backend functionality out of the box, of course, everything is possible and anything can be added including cart and contact form functionality to the template, however, you have to find a freelancer who can accomplish such project
And it’s possible to simply pay for wordpress platform and woocommerce or any e-commerce platform ?
They will work with this template or I’ll just lose my money ?

no, Woocommerce only works in the WordPress environment, but since its impossible to make this template work in Worcresss its also not possible for Woocommerce to work in here
